HOW TO SET YOUR ROPE?

1 / Divide the rope in half
When the rope hangs in front of you, stretch the rope by placing your foot at the middle of the rope.

2 / Adjust your rope
To find the right length, bring the end of the handles to the armpits or in the middle of the pecs.

3 / Adjust the length
Loosen the screws at the handles and slide the handles along the cable to the desired height.
Once the length is found, tighten the screws.
Cut the rope that protrudes from both sides with a margin of 5cm.
